Interpret scope, organise the work, build the sequence, calculate the dates and verify the result.

Build and interrogate in P6

Work hands-on with calendars, logic, relationships, constraints, baselines, progress and updates.

Explain the programme

Analyse what the schedule is telling you, defend your decisions and communicate the project story clearly.

Prepare for the profession

Strengthen your CV, practise interviews, prepare for exams and receive feedback on work that reflects the role.

Six weeks of structured practice

A demanding rhythm, designed around working professionals.

The September cohort begins on Monday 7 September 2026. Every teaching session is recorded, so you can revisit the explanation and reinforce your practice.

    Send assignments through TroopDesk, review tutor feedback and return to the scenarios with stronger judgement.
